基于多传感器数据融合的供热管网泄漏检测技术 被引量:8

摘要 传统的管网泄漏检测系统智能化程度较低,使用单一传感器信号,容易引起泄漏误报和漏报.采用多传感器(包括负压波、流量等)获得供热管网多信号参数,提出基于证据理论的多传感器数据融合算法,综合考虑多泄漏检测信息,将管网泄漏检测多信号进行数据融合,得出管网泄漏判断,建立基于多传感器数据融合的供热管网泄漏检测软硬件系统.结果表明:基于多传感器信息融合的供热管网泄漏检测系统有利于提高泄漏故障检测的有效性、可信度和泄漏检出率,并能降低管网漏报和误报率. The traditional pipeline leak detection system is less intelligent,with a single sensor signal,easily leading to false positive and false negative leakage.In this paper,multi-sensor(including the negative pressure wave,flow) to obtain multi-signal parameters of the network,based on evidence theory,puts forward multi-sensor data fusion algorithm,takes into accout the leak detection and more information obtain pipe network leak detection data fusion signals.Pipe network leak judgment,the establishment of multi-sensor data,fusion-based pipeline leak detection hardware and software systems are realized.The results showed that multi-sensor information fusion based pipeline leak detection system will help improve the effectiveness of leakage fault detection,reliability and leakage detection rate and reduce false negative and false positive rate of the network.
