摘要
以某工程600 MW火力发电机组主蒸汽管道为例,使用CAESARⅡ应力分析软件对动态载荷进行计算。用CAESARⅡ软件计算管道的固有频率,一阶固有频率远低于汽水管道设计技术规定;应用频谱分析的方法来分析管道的动态载荷如安全阀排汽反力、管道汽锤力、风载荷、地震载荷等,安全阀排汽工况阻尼器受力大于原设计值、针对管道汽锤力而设置的阻尼器受力均比原设计值小。根据分析结论选择合理的阻尼器,进一步优化管道设计。
Dynamic loads on the main steam pipe of 600 MW unit in a thermal power plant have been calculated by CAESARⅡ stress analysis software.Fixed frequency of the pipe has been calculated.The one order fixed frequency is far below the value required by the steam-water pipe design technique code.Dynamic loads,such as exhausting force of safety valve,force from pipe steam hammer,wind load,earth-quake load,have been analysed by frequency spectrum method.The load of safety valve damper is higher than the original designed value and the loads of pipe steam hammer damper are lower than the designed values.Reasonable damper should be selected based on the calculation result for an optimized pipe design.
