U型梁架桥机架设施工的关键技术

Key Technique for Construction of U-formed Girder with Bridge Girder Erection Machine

U型梁目前在全国各地的轨道交通建设中得到了越来越多的应用,但是其架设安装技术目前仍仅限于吊机吊装或龙门吊安装这一模式。现场施工条件的复杂性大大限制了U型梁的推广使用。结合上海市轨道交通11号线3标段的U型梁架设,对U型梁架桥机架设的关键技术进行了系统性的研究。实施过程表明该技术安全可靠,对今后的U型梁施工具有一定的借鉴意义。

Although a U-formed girder is widely used in the rail traffic construction,the methods of erection are only lifted with cranes,which limits the widespread use of the U-formed girder.Taking U-type beam erection in an elevated area of south extension of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 11 as an object,a systematic study on the key technology of U-formed girder erected with bridge girder erection machine is made.Construction shows that this is a safe technology and it can be used as the reference to the construction of the similar projects.
