Reason for Studying Private Capital Economy—"New Theory of Private Capital Economy" Postscript(Amendment)

民本经济是以民间投资作为资金主要来源,将经营利润主要用于本国再投资,真正实现一国或区域经济良性发展的经济形态。本文系统阐述了笔者的民本经济初始形态思想的萌芽到《民本经济新论》一书出版的整个研究历程,指出了近年来民本经济研究升温是因为在实践方面,它已成为了推动国民经济发展的主要力量;在政治、体制方面,民本经济发展的障碍逐步被破除;法律制度的演进;理论的创新,为民本经济研究提供了条件;民本经济研究升温是新的执政理念和以人为本科学发展观"催化"出来的结果。

Private capital economy is a kind of economic mode which takes the nongovernment investment as its main funding source and ploughs most profits into domestic reinvestment.It truly realizes the virtuous development of a country or a region.This paper systemically elaborates the author＇s whole studying experiences from the embryonic stage of the initial form thoughts on private capital economy to the publication of the book ＂New Theory of Private Capital Economy＂ and points out that the heating up of studying of private capital economy is attribute to the following reasons： practically,the private capital economy has become the main force that pushes the development of national economy;the political and structural obstacles has been gradually cleared up;a gradually progressing legal system and innovated theories provide a condition for studying private capital economy;And new administrative concept and people-centered scientific developing viewpoints help intensify the heating up of private capital economy study.
