Retrospection,Comparison and Prospect of News Legislation

我国新闻立法的呼声,30年来从未间断,但时至今日未出台,本文以新闻立法为研究对象,运用历史分析法、比较分析法和文献研究法对中西方新闻立法的历史予以回顾和比较,分析了我国现阶段新闻立法的现状,并展望了我国的新闻立法前景。

Voices for news legislation in China have never stopped in the last 30 years,but has not been published up to now.This paper takes news legislation as the research object,reviews and compares the history of news legislation in China and in western countries with historical analysis,comparative analysis and literature researching method,and analyses the present situations in China.Finally this paper looks forward to the prospect of news legislation in China.
