浅谈高职学生档案管理

On Vocational Students' File Management

高职学生档案管理应具有较强的全面性、系统性和实用性。学生档案是学生在校成长中政治思想、品行操守、学业成绩、个人专长以及兴趣爱好等情况的真实记录,是国家和社会选拔任用人才的重要依据,也是学生人事档案形成的重要基础。学生档案管理应严格遵循法律法规,建立健全规章制度以及规范的服务保证体系,同时还要抓好专业化管理人员队伍的建设。

Vocational students＇ file management should be comprehensive,systematic and practical records about students＇ political ideology,ethical conduct,academic achievements,personal skills and interests during students＇ growth in school.It is an important source of information for personnel selection and appointment of the state and society and also an important basis for students＇ personnel files.Therefore,students＇ file management should abide by the laws and regulations,establish its rules and regulations and standard assurance service system as well.Meanwhile,it is necessary to grasp the building of professional management team.
