A Philosophical Thinking on the Mode Transformation of Economic Development

第十一届全国人民代表大会四次会议审议批准了《中华人民共和国国民经济和社会发展第十二个五年规划纲要》,为我国今后五年经济和社会发展指出了比较明确的方向和道路。落实、贯彻和实现《规划纲要》提出的以转变经济发展方式为主线这一新的总方针,有必要从哲学世界观的高度思考转变经济发展方式,全面系统深入地理解和掌握这一新的总方针的精神实质,坚持以民生为出发点和落脚点,坚持转变经济发展方式的总体布局,坚持经济改革与政治改革同步进行,以科学发展观的发展哲学指导转变经济发展方式。

Having been approved at the 4th session of the 11th NPC, ＂Twelfth National Economic and Social Development Five-Year Plan of the People＇s Republic of China＂ points to the direction and path for our country＇s economic and social development in the next five years. In order to implement the general policy newly proposed by the Plan to transform the mode of economic development, it is necessary to think of the transformation from the height of philosophical worldview, and know well the essence of the general policy in depth. The paper holds the opinion of taking the livelihood of the people as the starting point and the foothold consistently, adhering to the general layout of the mode transformation of economic development, insisting on the parallel reform in both economy and politics, and carrying out the transformation on the basis of the concept of scientific development.
