摘要 教育公平是近几年教育的热点问题,相对于教育结果公平而言,人们更多地关注教育起点公平和过程公平。教育结果公平是实质上的质量公平,大学的第二课堂是高等教育阶段实现教育结果公平的重要阵地。高等教育应大力加强和完善第二课堂建设,充分发挥第二课堂的育人功能,使每个学生的潜能能得到充分挖掘,从而促进他们的健康发展,促进教育结果公平。 Fair Education is a hot issue on education in recent years. Comparing with fair educational result, people pay more attention to the fair educational process and the fair educational starting point. This paper argues that the fair educational result depends on virtually the fair educational preparation of each individual, which is realized in the second class of higher education. It is important to strengthen and improve the construction of the second class, give a full play to the educational function and Key of the second class and bring out the potential of each student so as to promote the development the fair educational result.
