中国加工食品对外贸易的技术进步效应研究 被引量:2

Study on Technological Progress Effect of China's Processed Food Foreign Trade

摘要 利用1992~2008年的数据分析了中国加工食品对外贸易的特征,然后通过最小二乘法OLS得到同期中国食品加工业C-D生产函数的估计式,并利用回归模型对加工食品对外贸易对我国食品加工业的技术进步效应进行了实证分析。结果发现,我国加工食品进口贸易与出口贸易对我国食品加工业的技术进步均具有正面效应,加工食品出口贸易对食品加工业技术进步的促进作用更加显著。 Based on the data from 1992 to 200g, the paper analyzes the features of China's import and export in processed food. Then it gets C-D Production Function Estimation equation of the same period by means of OLS and studies the technological progress effects of processed food import and export by means of regression models. The results show that both the import and export of proeessed food have positive effeet on the teehnologieal progress of China's food proeessing industry. Among them, the effect of export of processed food is larger.
