摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法合成Ce1-xErxO2-δ(x=0.00~0.30)系列固体电解质,系统地研究了其晶体结构和导电性。X-射线衍射(XRD)结果表明:所有Ce1-xErxO2-δ粉体经800℃焙烧2h后,均结晶为立方萤石结构,其平均晶粒尺寸为32-43m,晶胞参数与掺杂量的非线性关系与掺杂离子半径、氧空位及缺位缔合有关.阻抗谱表明:适当掺杂Er离子可提高CeO2基材料的电导率,并在x=0.10时电导率达到最大值,活化能最/b(σ7000℃=2.56×10^-2S·cm-1,Ea=0.92eV)。 A series of solid electrolytes Ce1-xErxO2-δ(x=0. 00-0. 30)was prepared by sol-gel method. The structure and electrical properties of the solid solution were systematically studied. XRD date showed that the samples were all the cubic fluorite structure at 800℃, the average crystallite sizes were between 32 and 43 nm. There was a non-linear relationship between the lattice parameters and the content of Er,as expected from the doping ionic radius, the oxygen vacancy and the formation of va- cancy association. Impedance spectra analyses showed that co-doping with appropriate ratio of Er can further improve the electrical performance of ceria-based electrolytes. And the maximum of conductivity was found at x=0. 10(σ700℃=2. 56×10^-2 S·cm-1 ,Ea =0. 92 eV).
