新时期高校师资队伍建设的几点思考

On the Construction of Teaching Staff in Colleges and Universities

中国的高等教育经过近十年的快速发展,已进入内涵建设与质量提升的阶段,其中重要的任务是教师队伍的建设和教师发展管理机制的建设。文章分析了国外高校教师队伍建设的经验和我国高校教师队伍建设的现状与存在的问题;并根据社会经济发展的新要求,对新时期高校教师队伍的可持续性发展建设,提出了相关建议与对策。

The higher education has entered the stage of cultural construction and quality improvement.The most important task is to construct the teahcing staff and the management system for teachers＇ development.This paper shares some good experience of teaching staff constructing in foreign countries and analysizes some problems in China.Therefore,it puts forward some advice and suggestions to meet the demand of sustainable development of the teaching staff in colleges and universities.
