油茶产业发展中农民培训意愿影响因素分析

An Empirical Analysis on Determinants of Farmers' Intention to Accept Training in Camellia Oleifera Abel Industry Development

应用广东省4个市7个县32个村602名农民调查数据,运用Logistic回归模型对影响油茶产业发展中农户培训意愿的因素进行计量分析。研究结果表明,油茶产业发展中农民培训意愿受到多种因素的影响,其中,家庭人均年收入、扩大面积意愿以及对培训效果的看法对油茶产业发展中农民培训意愿有正向影响;性别、党员、目前平均月收入以及非农职业对油茶产业发展中农民培训意愿有负向影响。

By building a logistic regression model,the paper explores determinants of farmers＇ intention to accept training in camellia oleifera abel industry development,using the survey data of 602 farmers who are planting camellia oleifera abel from 32 village in 7 counties in Guangdong province.The results show that,there are many determinants affecting farmers＇ intention to accept training in camellia oleifera abel industry development.Per capita annual income,intention to expand the planting area,and views on training effects can help ensure more training.Whereas,gender,political landscape,average monthly income,and non-agricultural occupations would discourage farmers to accept training.
