Grab Historical Opportunities to Promote the Scientific Ocean Development of Zhejiang

从浙江省海洋资源优势和区位特点出发,分析了开展"浙江海洋经济发展示范区"建设的意义;阐述了示范区的发展定位、目标、布局、重点环节和基本任务;并从海洋事务综合协调管理部门的角度出发,提出了围绕示范区建设这一主题,同步谋划、推进海洋事业发展的六项具体举措。

This paper analyzes the significance of developing ＂Zhejiang Economic Development Demonstration Area＂, proceeding from the advantage of Zhejiang ocean resources and loeational characteristics, expounds the development orientation, target, layout, key links and basic tasks of the demonstration area. And the paper presents and concurrently plans six measures to promote ocean development in the light of a comprehensive, coordinative marine affairs administrative department focusing on the main topic of building the demonstration area construction.
