摘要
从人参根系土壤中分离的菌株2-F2将人参主皂苷Re转化为稀有皂苷Rh1,其转化机理为Re→Rg1→Rh1.进行16S rRNA基因序列的系统发育分析,菌株2-F2与Sphingomonas asaccharolytica IFO15499T在同一分支上,同源性为99.5%.该菌株属于鞘氨醇单胞菌属.
A bacterial strain 2-F2, which was isolated from soil of a ginseng field, converted major ginsenoside Re to minor ginsenoside Rhl. The transformation pathway is Re→Rgl→Rhl. The strain 2→F2 had the highest homology of 99.5% with Sphingomonas asaccharolytica IFO15499T by using phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rRNA gene sequence comparisons.
