摘要
采用水杨酸法研究从葛根中提取总黄酮产物的抗氧化性,同时采用AB-8大孔吸附树脂对葛根总黄酮进行纯化研究。结果表明,葛根总黄酮对.OH自由基具有良好的清除作用,是一种天然的抗氧化剂。在树脂体积量相同的情况下,动态吸附的吸附率和解析率都比静态吸附的高;动态吸附中,柱子长度一样,直径较小的吸附能力优于直径相对较大的吸附能力。
The method of salicylic acid way is used to study the antioxidant of the flavonoids extracted from Pueraria, also using AB-8 macroporous adsorption resin to purify the Flavonoids. The results show that Pueraria flavonoids is a nice natural antioxidant, has high scavenging effect on free radical · OH . While the volume of resin is same, the adsorption rate and resolution rat of dynamic adsorption are higher than Static adsorption. Dynamic adsorption in the same column length, diameter smaller has higher adsorption capacity than the relatively large diameter.
