小茅山铜铅锌多金属硫化矿混选分离选矿试验研究及工业实践 被引量:9

摘要 试验采用铜铅混选分离—再选锌工艺流程,应用新型无毒铜铅分离药剂THB-2,无需传统铜铅分离脱水脱药工序,实现了小茅山铜铅锌矿多金属矿石的选矿分离,并成功应用于工业生产。该工艺使用无毒环保的铜铅分选药剂,具有流程结构简单、适应性强、分选效率高的特点,为我国铜铅混选分离提供了新途径。 In this paper,the mineral processing research has been carried out for solving production problems of Xiaomaoshan Copper-lead-zinc Mine.A novel processing technology has been developed to recover copper and lead by bulk-flotation and separation,followed by zinc-flotation.For the separation of copper and lead,a new non-toxic depressant THB-2 has been used,which has the advantage of eliminating conventional dewatering and reagent removal process.The goal of Cu/Pb/Zn-separation for the Xiaomaoshan multi-metallic ore has been achieved and this process has now been successfully applied to the industrial production.The technology for the bulk-flotation and separation of copper and lead has the flow structure to be simple,compatible,the separation efficiency high characteristic and opened new avenues of Cu-Pb separation in China.
