摘要
在对H600×300型钢研究的基础上,提出H900×400型钢的轧制方法。通过实验室模拟实验进一步验证了H900×400型钢轧制方法的合理性、可行性,为超大H型钢孔型设计和轧制生产积累了有益经验和参考数据。
The slab cut-dividing rolling method of ultra-large H900×400 beam was introduced in details,which is based on study of large H-beam.The ultra-large H900×400 beam rolling experiments were performed in the rolling mill of laboratory,which prove that the rolling technology of the cut-dividing of slab is feasible and roll pass system is reliable.The results will offer beneficial experience and reference data for the actual produce in future.
