摘要
火法炼铜过程Fe3O4形成是无法避免的。本文归纳了各种降低Fe3O4含量的方法利弊,在此基础上提出加煤质还原剂和二次含铜物料来降低Fe3O4的新方法。新方法继承了现有方法的优点,同时改善了消除炉结的效果。
The Fe3O4 formation is unavoidable in copper pyro-metallurgy.The paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of methods about removing Fe3O4.On this basis we propose the new method which reduces Fe3O4 content through adding coal reductant and secondary copper-contained materials.The new method inherits the existing method's advantages and improves effect of removing furnace accretion.
