摘要
粉煤灰是煤炭燃烧后的废弃物,比表面积较大,对染料大分子具有一定的吸附脱色能力。本论文以活性艳红染料废水为研究对象,考察硫酸改性粉煤灰对染料废水的吸附脱色作用。实验表明,硫酸浓度、粉煤灰活化温度、粉煤灰的加灰量、废水pH值及初始浓度对吸附活性均有影响。当硫酸浓度为7 mol/L、活化温度为300℃、粉煤灰加入量为10 g/L时,pH值为10、浓度为20 mg/L的染料溶液脱色率可达97.8%。
Fly ash was waste from coal combustion.It could adsorb and decolorize dye molecules because of large surface area.This study focused on the adsorption decolorization of fly ash modified with sulphuric acid on reactive brilliant red dye wastewater.Experimental results showed that concentration of sulphuric acid,activation temperature,dosage of fly ash,pH and initial concentration of wastewater affect the adsorption activity of fly ash.When sulphuric acid concentration was 7 mol/L,activation temperature was 300℃,dosage of fly ash was 10 g/L,pH value was 10.0,concentration of reactive brilliant red dye wastewater was 20 mg/L,the decolorization rate of wastewater could up to 97.8%.
