在提升设备的选型设计中钢丝绳的选择计算便成为其关键环节之一。在此以大斗沟煤业公司南井副井JKYB2.5×2.3J绞车提升钢丝绳的选型计算为例对斜井提升钢丝绳的选择计算做出论述。
The calculation of steel wire rope is critical in the selection and design of hoist equipments. The paper takes the JKYB2.5 ×2.3J as an example to introduce the calculation. The paper presents： the basic introduction to hoist steel wire rope, models, specifications, checking calculation of safety coefficient, wind number of wire and length, wire strength checking, and power checking of electric machine.
