摘要
目的:基于符合我国医院管理信息系统的客户关系管理服务平台建设,构建病源管理系统医院公共关系管理服务平台。方法:以医院管理信息系统(包括HIS,PACS,LIS等)为基础信息平台,整合无线通讯服务,实现信息的无障碍沟通。结果:医院领导不受地域、时空的限制实时了解医院动态,病友能主动的获取医疗服务信息。结论:落实了以人为本、以患者为中心的现代医院管理理念。
Objective To construct etiology management system of MIS in order to develop the public relationship management platform in view of the Customer Relationship Management platform according with the Hospital Information System in our country.Methods On the basis of Hospital Information System(including HIS,PACS,LIS,CIS and so on),wireless communication service was integrated in order to achieve the accessible communication.Results Not only the leaders of hospital could know the situation of hospital without space-time restriction,but also the public community could obtain the medical service information.Conclusion Modern hospital management idea that people oriented and patients oriented is achieved.
