基于IHE PIX的MPI研究及其在医院的应用分析

Research and Application Analysis of MPI in Hospital based on IHE PIX

目的:研究如何实现医院信息系统内部患者唯一性的识别,从而实现系统间的患者信息共享。方法:应用IHEPIX原理和MPI跨域机制,建立分层次的信息系统MPI服务模型,并通过就诊卡系统设计实施。结果:通过建立患者主索引系统,实现了信息系统之间以调用患者标识为基础的信息共享。结论:建立统一、有效的患者识别方法是电子健康档案共享的必要基础。结合医院实际,设计合理的MPI系统能够满足医院患者信息共享的需求。

Objective To research the way of identifying patients in HIS and achieve patient information sharing.Methods Depending on IHE PIX theory and MPI crossing region model,we established a MPI management pattern with different levels,and applied in medical card system.Results By adopting this pattern,we could limit the size of database main index,and share patient identifiers and other information among information systems.Conclusion Based on actual situation of hospital,properly designed MPI system can meet requirements of patient information management in hospitals and provide a foundation for patient information sharing.
