摘要
目的:提高MRI在骨关节疾病中的成像质量,从而获得高对比度、高分辨率、高信噪比的骨关节图像,为临床的诊断及治疗提供帮助。方法:采用GE Signa Highspeed 1.5T超导型磁共振仪,根据新技术的应用不同,分别采用不同的扫描序列以及根据不同的扫描部位选择不同的表面线圈。患者多采用仰卧位,行轴面、冠状面和矢状面扫描。结果:通过改进扫描序列以及其他成像参数,提高了骨关节成像序列的信噪比、对比度;减少了骨关节成像的化学位移伪影;改善了关节软骨成像以及骨肿瘤成像。结论:每个技术人员都应随时了解并掌握MRI成像的新技术、新方法,以便在MRI检查中根据患者所检查的不同部位、不同的临床病症选择适当的扫描方法,以期获得具有高对比度、高分辨率、高信噪比的骨关节图像。
Objective To improve the MRI image quality in bone and joint diseases for high contrast,high resolution,high SNR images,which can facilitate clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods GE Signa Highspeed 1.5T superconductive MRI apparatus was used with different scanning sequence or different surface coil for different scanning parts.Supine position was taken mostly to do axial,coronal and sagittal scans.Results By improving the scanning sequence and other imaging parameters,the signal to noise ratio and contrast of bone and joint imaging sequences were raised.Chemical shift artifacts of bone and joint imaging were reduced and imaging of articular cartilage and bone tumor were improved.Conclusion Each technician should understand and master the new MRI imaging techniques and methods.Proper scanning methods should be selected according to different body parts to be examined and different clinical symptom for high contrast,high resolution and high SNR images of bone and joint.
