膝关节置换螺旋CT扫描技术初步经验 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨膝关节置换常规CT扫描条件的初步经验。方法:对25名成年膝关节置换患者在前后2次CT申请检查中实行适度增加曝光剂量和层厚的扫描,对比同一患者前后2次扫描所得图像中金属伪影、密度分辨率的情况。结果:患者第2次扫描图像的金属伪影得到了明显的抑制,密度分辨率得到了提高。结论:适度提高曝光剂量,可一定程度上改善图像中金属伪影的影响,提高密度分辨率。提高层厚降低了患者的辐射剂量。同时增大曝光量对处理金属伪影与密度分辨率在层厚方面的矛盾起到了重要的权衡价值。 Objective To investigate the effect of CT exposure dose to balance metal artifact and density resolution.Methods In the 25 patients' twice CT scans,we increased the exposure dose and slice thickness.Then contrasted the same patient's metal artifact,density resolution.Results The second time image of every patient bates metal artifact clearly and improves the density resolution in a certain extent.Conclusion Reasonably increasing the exposure dose can bate metal artifact and improve the density resolution in a certain extent.Increasing the CT exposure dose balances metal artifact and density resolution on the slice thickness.
