血液净化治疗尿毒症患者抗生素脑病30例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Encephalopathy Induced by Cephalosporin Antibiotics in Uremic Patients(30 Cases)

目的:探讨慢性肾功能衰竭患者抗生素脑病的诊治。方法:对在头孢类抗生素治疗过程中出现神经精神症状的30例慢性肾衰竭患者进行临床分析。结果:使用三代头孢类抗生素3～10 d后出现了包括头昏、嗜睡、幻觉、抽搐等在内的精神症状,通过及时停药和加强血透或血液滤过等治疗后症状得到改善。结论:慢性肾功能衰竭患者使用常规剂量头孢类抗生素可能引起中毒性脑病,一旦确诊应及时停药,并辅以血透或血液滤过。

Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of antibiotics encephalopathy in patients with chronic renal failure.Methods Clinic drug information were investigated in 30 cases who suffered encephalopathy.Results Neuropsychiatric symptoms appeared 3 to 10 days after using conventional doses of Ⅲ cephalosporins,such as dizzy,drowsiness,illusion,grand mal and so on.Conclusion Conventional dose cephalosporins may cause toxic encephalopathy in uremic patients.Once diagnosed,antibiotics should be promptly discontinued,with hemodialysis or hemofiltration.
