摘要 目的:分析使用Mobetron移动式术中放疗加速器手术室周围环境辐射剂量。方法:依据《电离辐射防护与辐射源安全基本标准》和《医用电子加速器卫生防护标准》,利用Radiagem 2000探测器、SG-2R辐射检测仪,对Mobetron可移动式术中放疗加速器手术室周边辐射环境进行测量。结果:在工作负荷为每周5例,每例照射20 Gy,照射能量12 MeV的条件下,手术室周边最大漏射区域漏射剂量率为27.7μSv/h,年漏射剂量为221.6μSv。结论:在目前工作负荷下,工作人员及公众所受到的辐射剂量远低于安全剂量限值。 Objective To analyze the radiation dosage around a operating room(OR) for IORT using a mobile linear accelerator(Mobetron).Methods Based on the reports Basic standards for protection against ionizing radiation and for the safety of radiation sources and Radiological protection standard for using medical electron accelerator,the detector of Radiagem 2000 and the dosimeter of SG-2R were used to analyzed the leakage doses of a mobile accelerator around a operation room.Results Conceding the workload of 5 patients per week,every patient received the dose of 20Gy using 12MeV,the leakage dose of the worst area goes up to 221.6μSv with the dose rate of 27.7μSv /h.Conclusion On current workload of IORT in our hospital,the leakage dose is under the safe lever of law.
