In the medical environment nowadays,crisis management has become an important basis for management philosophy as well as an essential unit for department management.Combined with the diseases and staffing characteristics in our department.The concrete measures and experiences of the health care cooperation on dealing with medical risks during the past year were summarized,aiming to in-depth analyze the effective mechanisms of crisis management.
