摘要
厦门市中级人民法院在刑事审判中,率先实行被告人自由着装出庭制度,体现了对无罪推定原则的重视与贯彻。以此为契机,再提无罪推定原则在刑事审判过程中的适用问题,以期达到增强该原则可操作性、指导审判实践目的。
The Intermediate People＇s Court of Xiamen City leads off a system to practice the defendant wearing freely in criminal trials at court.It symbolized that presumption of innocence has been attaching great importance to implement.In view of this,the application of presumption of innocence in criminal trials is to be renewed in this paper to strengthen its operation and guide the judgment.
