试析欧盟对英国劳资政策的影响

The Influence of EU on the Labor and Capital Policy in the UK

作为一个具有自由主义传统的国家,英国近些年的劳资政策却在向合作主义转变,即向欧洲大陆模式趋近。究其原因,欧盟的相关正式制度与非正式制度对其所产生的影响是一个重要方面。这一趋势表明,任何一个政党政府不得不关注社会结构中产生的大量中产阶级的利益诉求。我国社会正处于中产阶级成长阶段,因此,这对我国当下解决社会结构转变过程中出现的问题也具有重要的借鉴意义。

As a nation with freedom tradition,the UK has been shifting its labor and capital policy to cooperation,a trend in favor of the continent.The possible reason is related to the EU＇s system,formal and informal.The orientation tells that the government of either party has to concern the interest of the middle class in the social structure.The middle class is developing in China so this issue is of great importance as a reference for current social structure transition.
