霍奇金淋巴瘤诊断和治疗进展

Recent advances in diagnosis and treatment of Hodgkin's lymphoma

摘要 霍奇金淋巴瘤(Hodgkm’s Lymphoma,HL)的治疗在过去取得了显著进展,相当部分患者可以获得长期无病生存以及治愈;但对高危及复发病例仍面临许多挑战,其中预后因素对于疾病的诊断和治疗有重要作用,而生物标记作为新的预后判断因素已受到人们的重视。基于疗效和药物毒性的分层治疗方案以及生物分子靶向治疗将是未来研究的重点。 For the past years,the therapy of Hodgkin＇s lymphoma（HL）has achieved great developments,including long-term disease-free survivals and even clinical cure.Especially,prognostic factors played a significant role in the diagnosis and therapy of HL.Moreover,some novel biologic markers have been shown to be of values.The review is discussing the new development of therapy,regarding of early and advanced stage HL,and definitely the biologic targets and novel therapies are the focus of future research.
