摘要
介绍我厂热井EG循环回用的特色、作用及结果：用新鲜EG置换热井EG后回用，大大减少了回收EG量，降低单耗和蒸气量，减少污水量，实现节能、环保，大大改善了真空系统的可靠性和安全性。
The flow route of pure EG is changed. EG flows through hot wells firsily, it is reused for making paste with PTA, instead of paste direcily in original process. The feature, effect and result of this new technological process is discussed in this axticle. The advantage is that there is more operating reliability and stability for the vacuum pump system, less volume of waste water and recovery EG, lower consumption of EG and steam. It is benefit to environment protection and saving energy.
