摘要
以湿法磷酸、磷矿粉为原料，用硫化钡溶液除去氟等有害物质，并用石灰乳中和制备饲料级磷酸氢钙。工艺条件为：转化ｐＨ 值为２ ．０ ；ｍ（ 硅藻土）∶ｍ（ 磷酸） 为１ ．２∶１００ ；ｎ（Ｂａ２ ＋）∶ｎ（ＳｉＦ６２－ ） 为０－９∶１ ．０ ；中和ｐＨ 值为６ ．０ ±０．５ 。Ｐ２Ｏ５ 的总收率达到９９ ．２％ ，综合成本降低３３．３ ％ 。
The new technique of producing feed calcium hydrophosphate from phosphoric acid by wet process and ground phospate powder with barium sulfide solution to get rid of the harmful matters as fluorine and lime emulsion to neutralize was introduced. The required conditions were shown as follows: production pH=2.0, m (kieselguhr)∶ m (phosphoric acid)=1.2∶100, n (Ba 2+ )∶ n (SiF 6 2- )=0.9∶1.0, neutralization pH=6.0±0.5. The total yield rate of P 2O 5 reached 99.2% and the total cost reduced 33.3%.
