农村媒体传播的现状及对策

Current Status and Countermeasures of Multimedia Communication in Rural Area

多种媒体共同传播农业科学技术的优势在于及时、快速、涵盖海量信息。农村多媒体传播在其经济方面以及推动"三农"方面起着十分重要的作用,但是农村媒体传播存在着媒体技术落后、应用手段滞后、应用单一、懂业务人员少、信息不畅、认识不足、政府重视不够、农民素质不高等问题。由此提出:需要多角度立体的传媒手段以及传媒硬件的普及、政府部门的组织协调、监督与监管等对策。

For the advantages of rapid and effective in transmitting agricultural science and technology,multimedia communication played an important role in improving economy and promoting the development of agriculture,the countryside and farmers.However,multimedia communication in countryside still faced many problems,such as simple and outdated equipments,lacking of professional technicians and support from government,and low level of the peasants.Therefore,the countermeasures of popularizing the media hardware and utilizing comprehensive communication manners under the organization,coordination and supervision of governments were put forward.
