百合病毒检测研究进展

Advances in Detection Techniques of Lily Virus

对百合病毒检测技术的发展作了综合评述,主要有指示植物法、电子显微技术、血清学技术和分子生物学检测方法。目前常用的方法是以酶联免疫(Enzym e-linked Immunoassay,ELISA)为主的血清学方法,而以逆转录聚合酶链反应(Reverse transcription polym erase chain reaction,RT-PCR)为代表的分子生物学技术则体现出了更高的检测灵敏度。多重RT-PCR(mu ltip lex RT-PCR)技术和基因芯片技术是近年发展起来的高效检测手段,在百合病毒检测上有广泛的应用前景。

The advances in detection techniques of Lily virus were introduced.Several types of techniques were developed for lily virus detection,a method for sensitive indicator plants,scan electron microscope,a serological technique,and molecular biology technique.At present,serological detection is mainly based on ELISA and molecular biology technique on RT-PCR.The detecting technology of muhiplex RT-PCR and gene chip is an effective detecting method developed in recent years as well it has extensive application prospect in Lily virus detecting.
