摘要
目的对病床利用效率进行多指标综合评价,为医院管理决策提供依据。方法应用TOPSIS法对2010年第二季度反映病床利用效率的3项指标进行综合评价。结果儿科、妇产科和普通外科的病床利用效率居前列,与实际情况相符。结论 TOPSIS法能精确反映各评价对象的差异,在医疗效率多指标综合评价中有较大的应用价值。
Objective To provide scientific foundation for making strategic decisions in hospital management with synthesized evaluation of sickbed utilization efficiency with multi-indexes.Methods TOPSIS was applied in synthesized evaluation of sickbed utilization efficiency with 3 indexes in second season of 2010.Results Sickbed utilization efficiency of pediatrics,obstetrics and gynecology as well as department of general surgery were top level of the whole department,which kept with the factual situation.Conclusion TOPSIS can accurately evaluate difference among target objects of evaluation,which is of important utility value to synthesized evaluation of medical efficiency with multi-indexes.
