丙烯腈与亚甲基丁二酸的共聚及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用丙烯腈与亚甲基丁二酸共聚,以二甲基亚砜为溶剂,以隅氮二异丁腈为引发剂合成了纺丝性能良好的炭纤维前驱体聚丙烯腈纺丝溶液。对共聚反应的条件进行了研究,随着聚合反应时间的延长,单体的转化率逐渐升高,而所得聚合体的特性粘数及相对分子量则降低。采用乌氏粘度计对该纺丝溶液的特性粘数的温度依赖性作了研究。还用IR,DSC表征了聚丙烯腈原丝的结构和性能。 PAN spinning solution for the precursor of carbon fibre was synthesized usingAIBN as the initiator free radical copolymerization of AN and IA. The effects of differentexperiment conditions such as reaction temperature and time on the copolymerization were dealwith. By means of Ubbelodhe viscosimeter, the temperature dependence of viscosity of PAN -DMSO system was tested and the relative viscosity of the system was found to be linearby declinedas temperature increased. The falling ball viscosity was found to be gradually increased, and thePAN DMSO solution was used to spin into the precursor in a limited time. In addition, theexothermic behavior of PAN precursor was studied by using a differential scanning calorimeter,for AN polymer the whole exothermic process was spread over a large range of temperature andover a narrow range for AN/IA.
