摘要
激励是人力资源管理的核心问题。高校是知识型人才聚集的地方,高校的人力资源管理要从知识型人才的激励入手,将科学、先进的激励机制设计理念运用于高校人力资源管理的实际中去,建立符合知识型人才特点的长效激励的机制。
Incentive is a core issue of human resource management.University is a place where knowledge-based talents are concentrated.Scientific and up-to-date concept on the construction of incentive system should be used in human resource management of universities,and a long-term effective incentive system according to knowledge-based human resources should be built.
