Research and Practice of the Dual Promotion Mode of Graduation Project and Employment

本科生毕业环节是理工科高校人才培养中重要的实践教学环节。本文针对近年来由于毕业环节与就业之间的矛盾造成毕业环节教学质量下降的现状,提出了一个以毕业环节促进就业、就业再促进毕业环节的毕业环节—就业双向促进模式,并在我校应用化学专业进行了实践。实践结果表明,该模式对其他理工科专业具有一定的参考价值。

Graduation project is an important part of the practice teaching for training high quality talents in the science and engineering university.In recent years,the teaching quality of graduation project has fallen off due to the conflict of graduation project and employment.This paper suggests a dual promotion mode in which graduation project can promote employment and employment can promote graduation project.This dual promotion mode has been practiced in applied chemistry specialty.It is found that the mode is a reference to other science and engineering specialties.
