摘要
应用反相色谱法对测定片剂中洛伐他丁的含量的方法作了回收率(99.6O%)试验,线性关系相关系数r=0.9953,重现性及稳定性实验一周前后测定量平均百分比98.08%,结果令人满意。用乙腈:甲醇:磷酸二氢钠=5:1:3流动相。通过标准样品扫描,在230.8nm,238.1nm,246nm处有最大吸收。本试验选用了231nm为测定波长,该方法重现性好,定量准确。
Lovastatin is a new reduction enzyme inhibitor which cures the illness of highcholesterol of human beings. In the concentration determination by the reversed phase liquidchromatography the recovery of Lovastatin is 99. 60 %. The standard curve of lovastatin r = 0.9953. The concentation of tablet was determinated by the reversed phase liquid chromatographyin this paper. It was separated rapidly, accurately and sensitively by a mobile phase of acetonitrile: methanol: sodium dihydrogen phosphate = 5: 1: 3. The detection was scanned at 231nm.Lovastatin solution of acetonitrile: acetate (pH = 4 ) = 80: 20 is steady at least in a week.
