摘要
技术价值评估是市场经济条件下技术应用的前提条件。文中以一项高分子建材生产技术为案例,研究了收益法、成本法、市场法在该成套技术价值评估中的应用,提出了技术价值是一个价值域区间,而不是一个特定值的观点,评估值的一个解对应于一组表征评估目的性的约束条件。
The technology evaluation is a premise that the technology is applied to andpopularized in marketing economy. By an example of a technology of macromolecular buildingmaterials are studied the revenve method, the cost method and the marketing method used in theevaluation of the complete set of technology and is presented an idea that the technology value isnot a unique soluation, but is a zone of value and that a solution corresponds with a set of bindingconditions indicating the purpose of evaluation.
