常减压装置减二、三线泵的腐蚀与改进

随着鲁宁管输油酸值的逐年升高,处于强环烷酸腐蚀环境下的减二,三线泵腐蚀情况日趋严重,曾发生因腐蚀严重而导致设备停运。文章建议使用1Cr18Ni9Ti或316系列钢材较妥。

With increasing acid value of the crude oil delivered by Lu-Ning Long-distance Pipline,the pumps for the 2nd and 3rd side-draws of vacuum distillation unit experienced increasingly esvere corrosion in the strong naphthenic acid corrosion environment and had to be shutdown because of the severe corrosion.The application of 1Cr18Bi9Ti and 316 steels is suggested.
