摘要
目的观察癌症伴有乏力的患者在中药补气治疗前后血清转化生长因子1(TGFβ-1)含量的差异,探讨癌症相关性乏力的发病机制。方法收集癌症患者中药补气治疗前后的血清标本,用流式细胞仪测定血清TGFβ-1的含量。结果 78例癌症患者治疗前血清TGFβ-1的含量均值为(38.7±13.3)ng/L,治疗后为(26.3±18.9)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论癌症相关性乏力可能与TGFβ-1的含量增加有关。
Objective To observe the difference of serum transforming growth factor 1（TGF-β1） content in cancer patients with fatigue before and after the traditional Chinese drug treatment,and to investigate the mechanism of cancer-related fatigue.Methods The serum specimens in cancer patients with fatigue were collected before and after the traditional Chinese drug treatment,and the serum TGF-β1 content was measured with flow cytometry.Results The serum TGF-β1 content in 78 cancer patients with fatigue were（38.7±13.3） ng/L and（26.3±18.9） ng/L before and after the traditional Chinese drug treatment,respectively,there was the statistical difference of serum TGF-β1 content（P0.05）.Conclusion The development of cancer-related fatigue is related with the upregulated expression of TGF-β1.
