摘要
目的探讨紫杉醇联合顺铂不同给药途径治疗卵巢癌的疗效和毒副反应。方法采用紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗104例卵巢癌,分析不同给药途径时的生存情况和毒副反应。结果甲组生存率为80.6%,乙组为71.4%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。甲组恶心呕吐发生率低于乙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论紫杉醇联合顺铂为有效治疗卵巢癌的可选择方案,腹腔灌注给药顺铂安全有效。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of paclitaxel combined with cisplatin by different administration routes in the treatment of ovarian carcinoma.Methods All the 104 patients with ovarian carcinoma received paclitaxel combined with cisplatin,the curative effect and toxicities of different administration routes were observed respectively.Results The survival rate was 80.6% in the group A,and 71.4% in the group B,there was no statistical significance（P0.05）.The incidence rate of nausea and vomiting in the group A was lower than that of the group B（P0.05）.Conclusion Paclitaxel combined with cisplatin is effective for ovarian carcinoma,the intraperitoneal infusion of cisplatin is safe and effective.
