奈达铂同步放化疗治疗中晚期食管癌

Nedaplatin Chemotherapy plus Radiotherapy in the Treatment of Medium-Term and Terminal Esophageal Cancer

目的探讨奈达铂同步放化疗治疗中晚期食管癌的疗效和毒副反应。方法 59例中晚期食管癌患者随机分成两组：奈达铂周剂量化疗同步放疗组（A组）31例和单纯放疗组（B组）28例,两组放疗均采用常规分割,照射剂量60-66 Gy。A组：奈达铂30mg/m^2,每周1次,连续6周;B组：行单纯放疗。结果 A组CR 16例,PR 12例,有效率90.3%;B组CR 6例,PR 11例,有效率60.7%。毒副反应多为Ⅰ-Ⅱ度的骨髓抑制和消化道反应。结论奈达铂周剂量化疗同步放疗中晚期食管癌近期疗效较好,毒副反应可耐受。

Objective To explore the curative effects and toxicities of nedaplatin chemotherapy plus radiotherapy in the treatment of medium-term and terminal esophageal cancer.Methods Fifty nine patients with medium-term and terminal esophageal cancer were randomly divided into two groups：the group A（31 cases） and the group B（28 cases）.The two groups both adopted conventional fractionation with exposure dose of 60-66 Gy.The group A used nedaplatin 30 mg/m2 once a week and lasted for 6 weeks.Results In the group A,there were 16 cases of complete remission and 12 cases of partial remission,the effective rate was 90.3%.In the group B,there were 6 cases of complete remission and 11 cases of partial remission,the effective rate was 60.7%.The main toxicities were marrow depression and gastrointestinal reaction with degree Ⅰ-Ⅱ.Conclusion The short-term curative effect of weekly dose nedaplatin chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy is good for the patients with medium-term and terminal esophageal cancer,and the toxicities can be tolerated.
