网格密度对聚能侵彻体成型有限元仿真的影响 被引量:1

The Effect of Grid Density on Simulation of Penetrator Formation

摘要 针对仿真模型的网格密度对聚能侵彻体成型的影响问题,通过LS-DYNA仿真软件和X光成像试验的对比研究,得到了网格密度对毁伤元EFP和JPC速度、长径比等成型参数的影响规律。结果表明,当取装药网格尺寸为0.024倍装药口径时,满足聚能侵彻体成型计算精度的药型罩轴向网格尺寸应为0.4~0.6倍装药网格尺寸。 Aiming at the influence ot grid density on penetrator torming, the etfect ot grid density on the penetrator (EEP, JPC) formation parameters such as velocity and length-diameter ratio was obtained through LS-DYNA software and the X-ray imaging experimentation. The results show that when the grid size of the liner is 0.4-0.6 times of that of the charge, which is 0. 024 times the charge caliber, the formation of penetrator can be good with the trail result.
