摘要
以液压舵机为例,提出了一种在多种环境下对液压舵机完成一体化建模与联合仿真的方法。在AD-AMS软件和工程仿真软件MATLAB特点的基础上,在ADAMS中建立了机械系统和液压传动系统,利用MATLAB/Simulink建立了液压舵机控制系统仿真模型,实现了机电液系统的有机集成,完成了机电液一体化联合仿真。研究结果表明:文中采用的一体化建模与联合仿真方法得到液压舵机较准确的仿真模型,所得仿真结果更真实可信,有助于液压舵机性能指标的验证和设计改进。
A method of integrated modeling and joint simulation for hydraulic control actuator under different environment was advanced in the paper. The mechanical system and hydraulic transmission system were built within ADAMS and the simulating model for the control system of the hydraulic control actuator was built in MATLAB/Simulink. With the integration of the mechanical completed, hydraulic and control systems, the joint simulation with this technology was achieved. The research result indicates: the correct simulation model of hydraulic control actuator can be achieved by this method; the simulation result is more reliable which is helpful to validation of hydraulic control actuator performance and improvement of the design.
