急性期血清S100B蛋白、神经元特异性烯醇化酶在癫发作及假性发作鉴别中的价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的在癫发作、假性发作急性期(24 h内)测量血清S100B蛋白、神经元特异性烯醇化酶的数值,并进行比较,从而为二者的诊断及鉴别诊断提供生化学方法。方法收集在病房及门诊的急性期(24 h内)癫发作及假性发作血液标本,以及收集门诊体检健康成人的血液标本,用时间免疫荧光法测定NSE、酶联免疫法(ELISA)测定S100B蛋白含量,观察30例癫患者、30例假性发作患者和50例健康对照者的两个生化指标数值,并将三者进行两两比较。结果两种指标在癫患者性发作急性期(24 h内)升高(与对照组、假性发作组相比,P值<0.001),而假性发作急性期两种指标不升高(与正常组对比P值>0.05)。结论癫发作急性期(24 h内),患者血清S100B蛋白、神经元特异性烯醇化酶增高,且与假性发作有鉴别意义(P值均<0.001),而假性发作患者血清S100B蛋白、神经元特异性烯醇化酶较正常对照组相比不高(P值均>0.05)。两种指标为我们急性期(24 h内)诊断癫,以及急性期与假性发作鉴别可以提供生化学方法。 Objective To explorer the values of serum protein S100B,neuron-specific enolase in the acute stage(within 24 hours) of seizure group,pseudoseizure group and control group,and try to find biochemical markers to help diagnose epilepsy,pseudoseizure group and differential diagnosis of these two diseases.Methods The blood sample of these epileptic,pseudoseizure group patients were collected after the onset of these patients in the acute stage(within 24 hours),the blood sample of the physical examination of these healthy persons were also collected.Then we used Latex agglutination method to determine the values of protein S100B,and ELISA to determine the values serum neuron-specific enolase.After these values were analyzed,we observed the values of these 30 epileptic,30 pseudoseizure patients,50 normal physical examination.We compared with each other of these two experimental groups in the corresponding period,and compared with the control group respectively.Results These two biochemical marker(protein S100B,NSE) were higher in the acute stage(within 24 hours) of the seizure group than the control group and the functional attack group(P0.001).But the two biochemical markers in the acute stage of the pseudoseizure group compared with the control group were not rise(all of these values compared with control group,P0.05).Conclusion The two biochemical markers raised in the acute stage of epilepsy,so these three biochemical markers can help us to diagnose seizure in the acute stage and differential diagnosis pseudoseizure in the corresponding period.
