摘要
本文在梳理相关文献的基础上,结合近现代川菜发展的状况,分析了番茄在四川地区的传播及其对川菜的影响,并认为在成都积极建设国际"美食之都"之际,可大力研制、推介番茄美食,更好地弘扬中国饮食文化。
Based on literary reviews and an analysis of the status quo of Sichuan cuisine,this paper expounds how tomatoes were introduced and popularized in Sichuan and how they exerted their influence on Sichuan cuisine before suggesting that,in the process of developing Chengdu as a "City of Gastronomy",extensive effort should be made to develop and market tomato dishes as part of the campaign to get Chinese culinary culture known to more people around the globe.
