摘要
合理营养与饮食对保证中学考生的身体健康,使其以良好的体力和脑力备考、迎考极为重要。本文提出了中学考生合理营养的基本原则——全面、平衡和适度,探讨了在这一基本原则指导下的中学考生合理营养与饮食的具体内容,包括每日的平衡膳食内容、三餐的合理安排、食物的合理选择等,并提供了中学考生的营养食谱。
A reasonably nutritious diet is very important for the physical and mental health of examinees in secondary schools so that they can take the exams in sound health.This paper puts forward the principles for their diet: comprehensive,balanced and moderate,and then explores the details of a moderate and nutritious diet under the guidance of the principles,including the varieties of food for each day,the rational arrangement of three meals and the choice of food.Nutritious diet planning for the examinees of secondary schools is also suggested.
