摘要
餐饮企业的竞争力是餐饮业做大做强的核心要素。在网络信息时代背景下,本文以携程网上宾客对浙中餐饮企业评论信息为研究对象,采用CIT技术分析方法,分析了浙中区域餐饮企业竞争力现状及其影响因素,提出了从餐饮企业的产品质量、技术能力、产品组合设计、市场活动能力等方面提升其核心竞争力的建议。
The competitiveness of a catering business is crucial for its development.Against the background of internet information explosion,this paper,employing CIT,analyzes the reviews given by customers on Ctrip.com about the catering businesses in mid-Zhejiang province so as to decide on their competitiveness and the factors that influence their competitiveness.Then suggestions are given on how to improve a catering business's core competitiveness in terms of product quality,technical competence,product combination and marketing activities.
